New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is usually very serious on TV, and he rarely smiles, but in this segment on "Chris Cuomo Prime Time," he can't stop laughing. In a later segment of the show, Andrew admitted that he had a "screen" next to him and was able to see what Chris was doing as they were talking about the swab. Every time I think about the video or watch it, I laugh.
